(USA) Tire and Battery Service Advisor
Position Summary
Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians. Demonstrates expertise in safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, and Point of Sale systems. Leverages digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC, leads tracking and monitoring returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas, completes paperwork logs, and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures, identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues and concerns. Advocates for the brand, values the member experience, and models high-quality service and products. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans, and uses the Open Door Policy. Completes work assignments and priorities, identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carries out tasks, communicates progress and information, determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback. Minimum Qualifications
- Valid state-issued driver's license.
- 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
