Position Summary

Collaborates with team members to fulfill sales and service requests, educates associates on tools, tasks, resources, and mentors new technicians. Demonstrates expertise in safety and compliance protocols, tire and battery industry guidelines, service standards, equipment operations, TPMS, product specifications, and seasonality. Utilizes digital tools to plan for and drive sales, improve the service experience, and elevate associate engagement. Communicates equipment, tools, and supplies needs to TBC, leads tracking and monitoring returns and special orders, operates cash registers, processes transactions, maintains accurate inventory, audits safety and compliance standards, reports TBC complaints, safety hazards, and problems with products, services, and work areas, completes paperwork logs, and ensures merchandise is packaged, labeled, and stored in accordance with company policies and procedures, identifies member needs, assists members with purchasing decisions, and resolves issues and concerns. Advocates for the brand, values the member experience, and models high-quality service and products. Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, implements related action plans, uses the Open Door Policy, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback. Respects individual differences, fosters a culture of belonging, and supports the team through development and mentoring. Acts with integrity, maintains and promotes the highest standards of ethics and compliance, models Walmart values, and supports the company's goal of becoming a regenerative company.

What you'll do...

Minimum Qualifications

  • Valid state-issued driver's license.
  • 18 years of age or older.

Pay Range

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00*
