About the team

The Technology Operations team ensures effective program execution by coordinating cross-functional efforts and aligning stakeholders with strategic objectives. The team prioritizes clarity, traceability, and operational excellence throughout project lifecycles to deliver technology initiatives on time. Members utilize strong program and risk management skills to support business operations and technology strategies, emphasizing collaboration and autonomous decision-making while maintaining high standards in program delivery. Focused on continuous improvement, the team supports software and cloud engineering platforms, enabling seamless integration and quality outcomes that advance organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and estimate resources required for successful completion of complex technology projects.
  • Monitor, identify, and evaluate project progress against approved milestones, addressing risks and issues proactively.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination meetings to review schedule, health, risks, and dependencies of programs.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders to build consensus and influence decisions using data-driven insights.
  • Manage financial plans, budgets, and cost expenditures across multiple projects within the program.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Support continuous improvement by applying best practices and emerging tools to enhance program delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in program management, including estimation, monitoring, control, and risk mitigation for medium-complexity projects.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and tracking program costs and schedules.
  • Knowledge of technology strategies and ability to align project activities with overall business and technology goals.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into actionable plans and deliver measurable results.
  • Demonstrated leadership in coordinating teams, driving accountability, and fostering continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 3 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • 5 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 2 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and experience supporting an inclusive culture.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $171,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock for certain positions.
