Minimum: Option 1: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Option 2: 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred: Customer Analytics in Retail Operations, Leading a cross-functional team, Supervisory. Masters: Business Administration.
Pay
Bentonville, Arkansas: $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 annually. Sunnyvale, California: $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 annually. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and may include stock.
