Position Summary
The Senior Manager, International Product Marketing will pioneer product marketing for Walmart Connect's Performance, Brand, and Measurement solutions in Chile, Mexico, and Canada. This role will serve as the voice of the Americas market, collaborating with local teams and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities with Walmart Connect growth goals.
What you'll do
- Serve as the voice of the Americas market in roadmap planning and prioritization, translating local needs and business impact into clear recommendations.
- Partner with the Walmart Connect International team to ensure opportunity sizing and prioritization aligns with cross-market priorities.
- Collaborate with the Walmart Connect International, Product Marketing, Product, and Engineering leaders to incorporate China market opportunities into roadmap decisions.
- Build a deep understanding of Walmart Connect’s Performance, Brand, and Measurement solutions and educate local teams on product capabilities, use cases, and market-relevant applications.
- Customize go-to-market strategy, launch assets, messaging, and enablement to fit the Americas market needs and local advertiser objectives.
- Work with local sales and cross-functional teams to define adoption strategies, targets, milestones, and activation approaches for priority products and features.
- Establish a clear operating cadence to track adoption, triage blockers, and accelerate product usage in the market.
- Identify and translate market, customer, and competitive signals into actionable recommendations.
- Support launches and ongoing feature adoption by ensuring local teams have the right narrative, tools, and readiness materials.
- Create and maintain local playbooks to help teams drive best-practice product usage and improve adoption outcomes over time.
- Work with regional and global partners to ensure local execution aligns with broader product marketing strategy while reflecting the Americas-specific needs.
- Elevate local product marketing capability by coaching and developing the team, crafting, and scaling proven product best practices from the US into the Americas in a way that is locally relevant and effective.
- Report on adoption progress, key risks, roadmap implications, and opportunities to improve performance across the market.
What you’ll bring
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, regional product marketing, go-to-market, or a closely related role.
- Experience supporting multiple international markets or regions, ideally in product, platform, or advertising environments.
- Strong ability to translate product capabilities into local value propositions, messaging, and enablement.
- Experience building localized go-to-market plans, launch support, and adoption programs.
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
- Strong analytical ability to assess adoption performance, identify blockers, and recommend actions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience coaching and developing local teams or business partners.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions based on market needs.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Additional Compensation
- Annual salary range: $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 in Hoboken, NJ and $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 in San Bruno, CA.

Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field and 3 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Option 2: 6 years' experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters: Business Administration.
