About the role

This position involves leading discussions with varying viewpoints, presenting to and influencing audiences across divisions, and leveraging fact-based data and analytics insights from multiple finance and business domains to build a cohesive narrative.

  • Trusted advisor role to business partners, influencing them to act as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Market research approaches and methodologies, market research reporting standards and formatting, and market analysis techniques.
  • Selects appropriate investigative or analytical methods to assess a market research project, combines historical and current data to generate market research reports, assists in the planning, design, and implementation of a market research project, analyzes the validity and reliability of market research results, follows a certain structural research process for conducting market research.

Skills

  • Knowledge of Stakeholder identification and mapping, stakeholder analysis, stakeholder communication, stakeholder engagement techniques, stakeholder management effectiveness tools and methods, and specialized business vernacular.
  • Builds, maintains, and enhances effective internal and external partnerships, influences outcomes, and assists in communicating shared goals with groups and parties.
  • Identifies and addresses additional partner needs and educates partners on value creation.
  • Communicates with other individuals or teams to solve shared problems, identifies how changes in business strategy impact talent and recruiting strategies, consults regularly with leaders of business units to advise on strategic decisions, brings ideas and solutions proactively to the business and team members, promotes in the workplace.
