Position Summary

The Senior Product Manager leads the vision and strategy for a complex product or product family, leveraging deep customer insights and market analysis to drive significant business impact. This role requires independent ownership of product direction, mentoring of peers, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. The position emphasizes data-driven decision-making, technology integration, and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle. The Senior Product Manager ensures alignment with business objectives while fostering innovation and operational excellence to meet evolving customer and market needs.

What you'll do

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy for complex product families by leveraging domain expertise and market insights.
  • Build deep customer and business understanding through design thinking, journey mapping, and data analysis to identify and prioritize problems.
  • Develop and manage product roadmaps, balancing technical architecture, rollout planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams and mentor product managers, influencing without direct authority to achieve alignment and delivery.
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and AI capabilities to optimize product outcomes and validate assumptions.
  • Promote continuous improvement through experimentation, A/B testing, and rapid prototyping.
  • Communicate complex technical and business information clearly to stakeholders and guide strategic discussions.

About the team

The team leads the advancement of a scalable headless data access and distribution platform supporting Retail and Ads. It focuses on unifying APIs, Cloud to Cloud sharing, streaming, and partner integrations with strong governance and developer experience standards. Collaborating across Ads, Data, Partnerships, and Engineering, the team drives platform consistency and architectural alignment. Members apply expertise in product strategy, lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement to deliver innovative solutions. The environment encourages data-driven decision-making and cross-functional coordination to support rapid growth and platform consolidation, ensuring impactful and sustainable product outcomes.

What you'll bring

  • Extensive experience managing complex products or product families with strong strategic and technical orientation.
  • Proven ability to define product vision and strategy through competitive analysis and market opportunity identification.
  • Expertise in product lifecycle management, including roadmap development, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Strong skills in data-driven decision making, leveraging analytics and AI to inform product priorities and validate assumptions.
  • Demonstrated success in mentoring and influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency in project and stakeholder management to align product delivery with business objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
