About the role

Providers aren't your typical tech users—they're skilled tradespeople who want tools that work as hard as they do. As Senior Product Manager for the Supply product, you'll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of experiences that help them find jobs, do great work, and grow their business with DMG.

This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving team. You'll dig into hard, interesting problems with user behaviors that don't fit the typical tech mold, supply-demand dynamics, trust, reliability, and turn those insights into products that drive real outcomes. You'll work closely with a talented UX team that's genuinely passionate about our Providers, strong engineers who care about craft, and business partners who want to see you succeed.

We're not a startup figuring out product-market fit. DMG has 25+ years of customers, revenue, and a founder who's still in the room. What we're building is how a proven business evolves into something more powerful.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for large chunks of Supply products end-to-end — from big-picture vision to shipped features.
  • Go deep with Providers and Technicians—understanding how they work, where they struggle, and what "great" looks like for them.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities that move business metrics and improve the Provider experience.
  • Partner with design, engineering, analytics, and operations to deliver solutions that are scalable and built for the people using them.
  • Help define what a modern trades marketplace looks like. This is new territory and you'll help write the playbook.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

What You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear narratives.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data and metrics to inform decisions and drive results.
  • Comfort managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and the demands of a dynamic environment.
  • Able to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to meet the in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs.

What You'll Get

  • At DMG, you’ll be part of an amazing team that encourages learning, growth, and advancement.
  • Our company has an entrepreneurial spirit that rewards self-starters and encourages employees to take charge of their own careers.
  • Some of our many benefits include:
    • Health, dental, and vision coverage on day 1.
    • Dollar-for-dollar 401K match up to 4% of salary with immediate 100% vesting.
    • Paid Primary and Secondary Caregiver leave.
    • Employee Assistance Program to assist with everyday challenges.
    • Paid time off to volunteer.
