Responsibilities

  • Lead deal generation and negotiation with content partners for FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels
  • Develop and execute acquisition roadmaps based on content needs
  • Manage contract redlining and collaborate with Legal during negotiations
  • Analyze performance data to identify best practices and present insights to partners
  • Build strong relationships with company's content partners

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years experience in business development or related area, or 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven experience in direct deal negotiations and content licensing
  • Strong relationships with major studios and content providers
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, including price structures
