Position Summary

Join Walmart as a Senior Manager, Business Development and play a pivotal role in shaping our content strategy for FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels. This is a unique opportunity to drive impactful partnerships, negotiate high-value content deals, and influence the future of digital entertainment at scale.

What you'll do

  • Lead deal generation and negotiation with content partners for FAST, AVOD, and Curated Channels.
  • Develop and execute acquisition roadmaps based on content needs.
  • Manage contract redlining and collaborate with Legal during negotiations.
  • Analyze performance data to identify best practices and present insights to partners.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in direct deal negotiations and content licensing.
  • Strong relationships with major studios and content providers.
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, including minimum guarantees and license fees.
  • Deep understanding of partnership valuation and content windowing.
  • Ability to leverage data to drive business decisions and new initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications
