(USA) Project Manager Ii, Implementation And Sustainment - Supply Chain
As a Project Manager supporting Central Operations, you will lead strategic initiatives that drive operational efficiency, support business transformation, and deliver measurable results across the organization. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions, manage complex projects, and implement tools and processes that improve business performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale projects or multiple medium-sized initiatives from planning through execution.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, risks, assumptions, and success metrics.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify goals, gather requirements, and develop implementation strategies.
- Create and manage project plans, resource allocations, budgets, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure alignment with established project management standards and best practices.
- Analyze business processes and operational performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Apply analytical methodologies and business insights to develop innovative solutions that reduce costs, improve efficiency, and support organizational goals.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address business challenges and implement sustainable solutions.
- Develop and automate reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making and project visibility.
- Communicate key performance indicators, project metrics, and recommendations to leadership.
- Design, develop, and maintain tools that support operational initiatives, feedback collection, gap analyses, and performance tracking.
- Gather business requirements, evaluate enhancement opportunities, and implement solutions that improve user experience and effectiveness.
- Monitor tool adoption, collect feedback, and resolve or escalate issues as needed.
- Ensure tools and reporting capabilities continue to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business leaders to understand priorities and deliver impactful solutions.
- Establish trusted relationships with stakeholders and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.
- Align project objectives with broader business strategies and operational goals.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities, organizational needs, and business challenges.
- Serve as a subject matter expert by sharing best practices, providing guidance, and supporting continuous learning across teams.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, operations management, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in project management, operations management, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Developing reporting, database, and/or feedback tools.
- Leading a cross-functional team.
- Writing queries, report automation, or related field (for example, SQL queries, Microsoft Excel macro development).
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $126,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and stock.
