Position Summary

Develops tools that support project initiatives, leads large or medium-sized projects, analyzes business efficiencies, provides expert advice, implements business solutions, and drives continuous improvements.

What you'll do...

  • Develops tools for project initiatives such as feedback collection and gap identification tools.
  • Gathers and analyzes data and information to design and format tools.
  • Affixes enhancements to tools and tracks usage and feedback.
  • Sets up management plans, resource plans, and monitors budgets and costs.
  • Manages changes to project plans and ensures adherence to established standards.
  • Analyzes business efficiencies using various analytical methodologies to develop creative solutions.
  • Automates and implements tools for project analytics and communicates project metrics to leadership.
  • Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs and builds commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Builds high-performing teams, embraces differences, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Works collaboratively, builds strong and trusting relationships, and motivates and influences others.
  • Employs and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, Business, or related field and 2 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field.
  • OR 4 years' experience in project management, operations management, or related field.
  • Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Developing reporting, database, and/or feedback tools.
  • Leading a cross-functional team.
  • Writing queries, report automation, or related field (for example, SQL queries, Microsoft Excel macro development).
