• Maintains and controls inventory and operational processes
• Supports Picking Replenishment and Staging operations
• Communicates PSP sustainability values and goals
• Ensures Associates understand and participate in the grass roots process
• Strives for Excellence: Displays curiosity and a desire to learn
• Strives for Excellence: Drives continuous improvements

Requirements

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
• Experience in managing 24 hour operations is a plus.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges)
