This team manages strategic relationships with retail partners to drive growth across assigned categories. It collaborates cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to optimize performance, enhance processes, and expand assortment and market reach. The team develops actionable account plans using data analysis to align partner success with business objectives. Focused on continuous improvement and performance optimization, it fosters long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships that support Walmart’s mission and values while leveraging expertise in account strategy, partner relationship management, and business analytics to achieve measurable results.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to support business plans and initiatives.
- Lead account strategy development, including segmentation, priority setting, and actionable planning for small to mid-sized retailers.
- Analyze partner performance using KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess pipeline progress and optimize category assortment and sales.
- Manage and mentor a team, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to enhance performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while promoting ethical standards and a positive workplace culture.
- Drive continuous improvement in partner-facing operations and service delivery.
