Job Description
This role manages the day-to-day lifecycle of strategic loyalty and vendor partnerships on behalf of the client, driving customer engagement and mutual value across a portfolio of brands.
Job Summary
- Execute the growth partnerships strategy, including identifying, negotiating, and managing rewards partnerships with loyalty and vendor partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive program growth, visibility, and long-term relevance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Digital, CRM, Legal, and Analytics teams to launch, activate, and optimize partnerships.
- Monitor partnership performance through key metrics, including engagement, acquisition, retention, revenue impact, and frequency, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Troubleshoot issues, manage ongoing promotions, and ensure seamless execution across channels to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
- Develop and maintain reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate partnership performance and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Review and route partnership-related legal and marketing copy to the appropriate internal teams for approval.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in loyalty programs, partnerships, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record of managing and growing strategic partnerships from negotiation through execution.
- Strong understanding of loyalty program mechanics, customer data platforms, segmentation, and performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to represent the organization professionally with external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in the quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality industry.
- Experience with a loyalty platform (e.g., punch or similar).
- Experience with major consumer brand partnerships across financial services, retail, travel, or similar categories.
- Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Power BI or comparable platforms.
