Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and adheres to company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments and priorities by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety of the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures for handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and maintains inventory levels.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment correctly and reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels.
- Proactively identifies and addresses shrink opportunities and problems with products, services, and work areas.
- Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth and development.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, acting selflessly, and supporting Walmart's goal of becoming a regenerative company.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
