Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor by stocking, rotating, and removing merchandise, ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal items.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining stock levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner and reports any issues to management.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
- Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low stock levels.
- Works collaboratively with team members and mentors others.
- Acts with integrity by maintaining high standards of ethics and compliance, supporting the Walmart values, and fostering a culture of belonging.
- Serves customers and members by delivering results, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering the impact on team performance.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $21.50 to $29.50*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
