Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Picks up, moves, places, and positions merchandise and supplies.
- Organizes merchandise and supplies from distribution centers and suppliers.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation according to company policies.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help and assists them with technology services.
- Identifies shrink opportunities and problems and takes steps to fix them.
- Maintains and organizes products and ensures they are stocked correctly.
- Performs occasional audits for accuracy.
- Handles moves and displays goods safely and correctly, tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking, staging, and auditing.
- Handles defective merchandise according to company and regulatory policies.
- Monitors the area for shrink, security risks, and safety.
- Manages inventory levels and controls shrinkage.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment safely and correctly.
- Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Tells management when forklifts are not in proper working order.
- Proactively identifies customers needing help and assists them with technology services.
- Models and helps others with technology services.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
