Position Summary
Operates forklifts and completes work assignments following company policies and procedures.
What you'll do...
- Operates forklifts safely and follows company standards and guidelines.
- Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners.
- Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
- Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and handling hazardous materials.
- Maintains the sales floor and merchandising presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
- Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
- Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe manner and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services and issues.
- Maintains and organizes merchandise and supplies, ensuring proper storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
- Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
- Manages inventory by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and removing damaged or outdated goods.
- Reports poor inventory practices and low inventory levels.
- Uses inventory tools and equipment in a safe and correct manner.
- Forklift Operator: Operates and maintains forklifts in a safe and correct manner, reports poor or unsafe conditions.
- Technology: Proactively identifies customers needing assistance, engages them, and assists with technology services and items.

Minimum Qualifications
- 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service Experience.
- Retail Experience.
- Supervising a team.
Pay and Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
