Position Summary

Operates forklifts and completes work assignments by following company policies and procedures.

What you'll do...

• Operates forklifts safely and complies with company standards.
• Completes work assignments by collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners.
• Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, and assisting with purchases and issues.
• Maintains safety by conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintains the sales floor by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or outdated goods, and ensuring proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Handles inventory by tracking goods, maintaining inventory levels, and controlling shrinkage.
• Operates and maintains forklifts safely and reports poor or unsafe conditions.
• Proactively identifies and assists customers with technology services.
• Maintains equipment and ensures products are organized and stocked correctly.
• Ensures club pick-up orders are filled by assisting with picking and staging merchandise.
• Manages inventory by properly zoning the area, stocking and rotating merchandise, and performing occasional audits for accuracy.
• Works with technology by proactively identifying and assisting customers with technology services.
• Respects individuals by embracing differences, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting associates' growth.

Minimum Qualifications

• 90 days of prior experience with Forklift Certification.
• Ability to safely utilize pallet jacks.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer Service Experience.
• Retail Experience.
• Supervising a team.
