About the role

The role involves leading and developing teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates. This includes touring stores, providing feedback, and communicating with all levels of associates regarding store operations. The position also involves modeling and demonstrating exceptional customer service standards, managing and supporting customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs are met, and driving the financial performance and sales of the designated store area.

  • Review and evaluate PL Profit Loss statements

  • Maintain effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved
  • Supervise and develop opportunities for hourly associates
  • Hire, train, mentor, assign duties, set clear expectations, provide associate recognition, and promote a belonging mindset in the workplace
  • Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and achieve company growth potential
  • Coordinate, complete, and oversee job-related activities and assignments
  • Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs
  • Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities and demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Minimum qualifications include 2 years’ of college, 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience, or 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, and general work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Benefits

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
