About the role
The Lead Store Manager is responsible for leading and developing teams, driving store performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Tourstores and provides feedback to associates, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives such as Store of the Community and community outreach programs.
- Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements, manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance, acts in a selfless manner and is consistently humble.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and completes job-related activities and assignments, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures, and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Manages and assists in the financial performance and sales of the designated store area, developing and implementing action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.
- Respects the individual, builds high-performing teams, and creates a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
- Acts with integrity, maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance, and holds oneself and others accountable.
- Serves our customers and members by delivering results while putting the customer first, balancing short and long-term priorities, and considering various stakeholders.
Requirements

- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00, with additional compensation for certain positions including Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and Complex Structure.
