Position Summary
TourtoTeach leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates, providing feedback and introducing company change efforts. They manage and support customer service initiatives, ensuring customer needs are met and resolving issues. They drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans.
What you'll do...
- Tour to teach, communicate with all levels of associates, and collaborate on store operations using technology and business initiatives.
- Lead and develop teams by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting clear expectations, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Supervise and develop hourly associates by assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance.
- Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, managing budgets, and implementing action plans.
- Manage and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses in designated business areas to confirm they are indexed to sales.
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives, and building accountability for progress.
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures by implementing related action plans, supporting the Open Door Policy, and providing direction and guidance on executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

- The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
