What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings for leadership with minimal supervision.
- Organize and schedule company and business-related events, ensuring resource and cost efficiency within established timelines.
- Prepare and manage travel arrangements, expense reports, and related administrative tasks accurately and timely.
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of leadership, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
- Serve as a liaison for associates and guests, providing support and resolving requests efficiently.
- Compile, forecast, and reconcile divisional data, creating reports and monitoring progress to support business needs.
- Mentor and guide other assistants, fostering collaboration and process improvements.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field OR 2 years' experience in field, administration, operations, or related area.
Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft Office. Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Information Systems, Masters: Statistics.
Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $45,000.00 - $80,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
