Responsibilities
- Scheduling travel and conference activities through AmTrav and other approved methods
- Preparing monthly expense reports for review
- Generating and distributing reports and written communications
- Managing the President’s appointments
- Enhancing the reputation of AHF through effective time management
- Utilizing the latest technology and communication techniques
- Approaching various situations and communications with internal and external personnel
- Acting as a liaison between the Board of Directors and departments
- Participating in Board meetings
- Assisting the Senior Vice President
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with scheduling tools such as AmTrav
- Knowledge of basic administrative procedures and protocols
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
