Position Summary

Coordinates plans and schedules projects, company, and business-related events with minimal direction. Handles administrative aspects of calendar management for leadership and team. Supports leadership and the company by serving as an associate contact and resource.

What you'll do...

  • Researches and identifies options, resources, and cost efficiencies within established timeframes.
  • Establishes dates, timelines, and agendas.
  • Identifies and coordinates specific technology needs.
  • Organizes and schedules pre-travel preparation and business needs.
  • Acts as a coordinator or liaison for visiting associates and guests.
  • Manages financial and business data for specified area.
  • Coordinates with other areas to collect data and information, compile forecasts, and reconcile divisional data.
  • Identifies and escalates risks and concerns.
  • Creates and maintains reports and reporting tools and templates.
  • Maintains security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Processes invoices and expense reports against a standard and reports time.
  • Provides expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices.
  • Supports and aligns efforts to meet customer and business needs and builds commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Builds relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Identifies business needs, determines and carries out necessary processes and practices.
  • Makes progress and results recognized and capitalizes on improvement opportunities.
  • Adapts to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Operations Management
  • Project Management - Project Management Professional - Certification

Additional Compensation

Annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Stock.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: Annual salary range $54,000.00 - $96,000.00
Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: Annual salary range $45,000.00 - $80,000.00
