Position Summary

The Director, Product Management leads the vision and strategy for a complex product family of Walmart Connect Offsite product portfolio, guiding multiple teams through the full product lifecycle from discovery to value realization. This role drives advertiser-centric solutions by leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial outcomes.

What you'll do

  • Own and drive the product vision and strategy for a complex product family within the Offsite Ads Product portfolio, aligning advertiser needs with business goals and technology capabilities.

  • Lead multiple internal and partner cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle, from discovery to value realization, ensuring measurable outcomes and financial accountability.

  • Manage cross-functional trade-offs, balancing scope, feasibility, cost, and time-to-value while guiding product roadmaps and prioritization.

  • Champion data-driven decision making by defining metrics, leveraging analytics, and applying experimentation to optimize product performance.

About the team

The team leads product vision and strategy for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV, managing complex product lifecycles from discovery to value realization. It drives data-informed decisions and aligns roadmaps with business goals, balancing technical feasibility and customer needs. Collaborating cross-functionally, the team addresses upstream and downstream impacts while optimizing financial outcomes. It fosters talent development through coaching and mentorship, upholding high standards of integrity and ethics. Focused on delivering measurable customer value, the team embraces innovation and continuous improvement to advance Walmart Connect’s product portfolio and strategic objectives.

What you'll bring

  • 10+ years of experience leading product vision and strategy for complex product families within Adtech/Martech, driving multi-year roadmaps aligned with business objectives.

  • Proven ability to manage full product lifecycle from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong expertise in data-driven decision making, including defining outcome-based metrics, experimentation, and leveraging AI capabilities.

  • Demonstrated success in coaching and developing product talent, fostering high-performing teams, and influencing stakeholders.

  • Skilled in balancing technical feasibility, cost, quality, and time-to-value while managing trade-offs at scale.

  • Experience owning P&L implications and translating product strategy into measurable financial outcomes.

Additional compensation

  • Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

  • Stock options for certain positions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.

  • Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science

  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.

Pay

  • Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $156,000.00 - $312,000.00

  • Sunnyvale, California US-04397: The annual salary range for this position is $169,000.00 - $338,000.00
