(USA) Staff, Product Manager - Offsite Ads
Position Summary
The Staff Product Manager will lead strategy and execution for a complex product or related product set within the Offsite Ads Product portfolio at Walmart Connect. This role requires deep customer and technical insight to define product vision, drive roadmaps, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
What you'll do
- Drive strategy and execution for complex products, owning end-to-end outcomes from discovery through value realization.
- Build deep customer and business understanding using data analysis, design thinking, and feedback synthesis to prioritize product initiatives.
- Define and communicate multi-quarter product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and Business partners to manage risks, dependencies, and launch readiness.
- Utilize data-driven decision making and experimentation to validate assumptions and optimize product performance.
- Identify emerging technology opportunities and influence technical direction without direct authority.
- Mentor less experienced product managers and promote rigorous product management practices.

The team leads strategy and execution for Offsite Ads, Partnerships, and CTV products, delivering impactful outcomes through data-driven decision making and stakeholder collaboration. Combining customer insights with emerging technology expertise, it defines product vision and roadmaps. Team members work cross-functionally to create innovative solutions that enhance business value and customer experience. Emphasizing rigorous discovery, prioritization, and performance measurement, the team mentors peers to advance product management practices. Focused on operational excellence and strategic growth, it plays a vital role in expanding Walmart’s product portfolio and market presence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
- Option 2: 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
- Demonstrated knowledge in creating inclusive digital experiences, implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
Pay & Benefits
Annual salary ranges for this position are:
- Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: $132,000.00 - $264,000.00
- Sunnyvale, California US-04397: $143,000.00 - $286,000.00
