Position Summary

Drive the end-to-end strategy and execution of the next generation of Retail Media APIs for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Videos, Onsite Display, Reporting, and Creatives.

What you'll do

  • Develop and enhance APIs
  • Analyze customer and product data
  • Create and implement APIs from requirement definitions, research, metrics analysis, technical specifications, development, testing, KPIs, and other launch efforts
  • Lead a team of API Product Managers
  • Build collaborative relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis
  • Improve developer experience for partners and advertisers
  • Conduct customer research to define partner segments and identify needs
  • Partner with internal advertising sales team and Walmart retail teams

Gather information about customer needs and apply technological expertise and strategic thinking to create a product roadmap. Focus on leveraging technological excellence to drive customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring

  • 9 to 11+ years of hands-on experience in Product Management
  • 6+ years of experience in API Product Management
  • 4+ years of experience in Ads (Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Search, Display, Creatives)
  • 4+ years of experience managing product managers
  • High attention to detail
  • Data-driven, analytical, strategic thinker
  • Excellent written/spoken communication
  • Customer-centric & Servant leader to team members and XFNs
  • Comfortable influencing others, leading teams, managing stakeholders, getting buy-in from leadership

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
