Principal Product Manager, Sponsored Products and Brands -- Offsite

About the role

The Sponsored Products and Brands team at Amazon Ads is re-imagining the advertising landscape through advanced generative AI technologies. We are at the forefront of re-inventing advertising experiences, bridging human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform every aspect of the advertising lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the evolution of how advertisers experience Sponsored Products and Brands' off-Amazon offerings.
• Drive outcomes and make it easier for advertisers to make informed investment decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Go-to-Market, Product Marketing, and Science leaders to deeply understand advertiser needs through research, interviews, and data analyses.
• Translate insights into solutions and clear requirements that drive product-led growth.
• Collaborate with Science and Engineering to navigate tradeoffs, shape a prioritized roadmap, and move with urgency to get solutions in front of advertisers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience
• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience technical product management

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
• Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
• Deep understanding of advertising technologies and AdTech offerings
