About the team

The Walmart Inventory Planning and Replenishment Product Management team leads the development of advanced Planning and Forecasting capabilities powered by machine learning and statistical modeling. This team manages the Inventory Planning ecosystem across omni-channel network, focusing on Forecasting, Inventory Placement, Inventory Targets, and Item Exits. These products optimize inventory positioning, safety stock, and item lifecycle to enhance operational efficiency. The team values strong ownership, data-driven problem solving, and collaboration with engineering and business partners to deliver innovative solutions. What you'll do

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years' experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 13 years' experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 10 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
  • Knowledge of accessibility best practices and supporting an inclusive culture.

Pay

  • Annual salary range: $130,000.00 - $260,000.00.
