Position Summary

As the Director of Product Management for Global New Store Growth, you will lead the strategy, vision, and execution of the products that power Walmart's global physical expansion.

About the team

The team leads Product for Walmart’s global Real Estate business. Creating AI-enabled solutions to power the business from physical growth expansion to existing fleet remodels, facilities maintenance and digital twins.

What you'll bring

  • Experience leading enterprise Product teams responsible for delivering business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, influence enterprise strategy, and align stakeholders around a common roadmap.
  • Strong business acumen with experience solving complex challenges through technology and data.
  • Demonstrated success leading products through the PDLC.
  • Leverage AI, analytics, and data to improve business performance and customer outcomes.
  • Able to make high-judgment decisions, navigate ambiguity, and balance priorities at enterprise scale.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence with a track record of influencing across business and technology organizations.
  • Passion for developing talent and building strong teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 11 years’ experience in product management.
  • Option 2: 13 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters: Business Administration, Masters: Computer Engineering, Masters: Computer Science
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
