Lead and develop a team to meet staffing needs and drive company growth. Coordinate job-related activities, build stakeholder relationships, and support business initiatives to achieve customer and business goals. Measure progress, address improvement opportunities, and promote continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a culture of belonging.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, mission, values, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and supporting the Open Door Policy.
- Build high-performing teams by embracing diversity, fostering inclusion, and creating opportunities for associates to thrive.
- Work collaboratively, build trusting relationships, and communicate effectively to motivate and influence others.
- Attract, retain, and develop talent while recognizing contributions and accomplishments.
- Maintain high standards of integrity, ethics, and compliance; model Walmart values and support regenerative company goals.

Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities selling firearms: Successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities selling only ammunition: Current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility (where applicable).
- Completion of all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay
- Annual salary range: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00.
- Additional compensation: Annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
- Potential additional pay: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Complex Structure adjustments, and state pay differentials (where applicable).
