About the role
You will coordinate and oversee job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying and communicating goals and objectives, building accountability, measuring progress, identifying improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning.
You will provide supervision and development opportunities for associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
You will ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, support the company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, implement related action plans, utilize and support the Open Door Policy, and provide guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

Requirements
- 2 years of college; OR
- 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR
- 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
- For facilities that sell firearms: successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
- For facilities that sell only ammunition: a current state-issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
- Attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
- General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Complex Structure, and state pay differentials may apply where applicable.
