Position Summary
TourToTeach, driving store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
What you'll do...
- Teaches training and actively listens to associates.
- Collaborates with all levels of associates regarding store operations.
- Manages and supports customer service initiatives.
- Ensures customer needs, complaints, and issues are resolved.
- Develops and implements action plans to correct deficiencies.
- Provides process improvement leadership to ensure a high quality customer experience.
- Reviews and evaluates PL Profit Loss statements.
- Manages and assists in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
- Maintains and promotes the highest standards of integrity ethics and compliance.
- Supports the Walmart values to support and foster our culture.
- Encourages learning from mistakes and drives continuous improvements.
- Adopts and encourages the use of new technologies and skills.
- Supports others through change.
Pay
The hourly wage range for this position is $31.25 - $38.46*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
State Pay Differential:
This job has an additional differential to meet legislative requirements, where applicable.
Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
- Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University, General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports to include the responsibility of performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing

Live Better U
Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
