(USA) Blow Mold Operator, Manufacturing, Weekend Overnight
Position Summary
Responsible for setting up and adjusting blow mold machines to produce plastic milk bottles. Identifies and corrects defects, ensures safety, and contributes to continuous improvement.
What you'll do...
- Set up and adjust blow mold machines to ensure safe and accurate plastic milk bottle molding
- Identify and make adjustments to machinery via HMI screen and physical means to meet specifications
- Visually inspect plastic milk bottles for defects
- Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Use personal protective equipment and operate machinery safely
- Report hazards, near misses, injuries, and accidents immediately
- Participate in safety trainings and drills
- Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
- Contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols
- Successfully accomplish work assignments and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners
- Identify and suggest ways to address improvement opportunities
- Adapt to changes, difficulties, and feedback

Pay & Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Benefits include health benefits, financial benefits, paid time off, and other perks such as military leave pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
Minimum Qualifications
Required qualifications include experience in a manufacturing or production environment, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF requirements, and the ability to adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications
Desired qualifications include additional certifications or experience in areas such as HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF.
