Position Summary
Responsible for setting up and adjusting blow mold machines to produce plastic milk bottles. Identifies and corrects defects, maintains safety protocols, and contributes to continuous improvement.
What you'll do...
- Set up and adjust blow mold machines to ensure accurate molding of plastic milk bottles.
- Identify and make adjustments to machinery via HMI screen and physical means to meet specifications.
- Visually inspect plastic milk bottles for defects.
- Adhere to company safety procedures and wear personal protective equipment.
- Operate machinery safely and report hazards, near-misses, injuries, or accidents promptly.
- Participate in safety trainings and drills to maintain a clean work environment.
- Demonstrate awareness of surroundings to ensure safety and contribute to continuous improvement of safety protocols.
- Successfully complete work assignments and prioritize tasks using policies, data, and available resources.
- Collaborate with managers, coworkers, and business partners to identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
- Suggest ways to improve processes and adapt to changes, demonstrating flexibility and learning from feedback.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing related action plans.

Pay & Benefits
The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Benefits include health insurance, 401(k), stock purchase, company-paid life insurance, paid time off, military leave, discounts, and educational benefits.
Minimum Qualifications
Required: Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
Desired: Additional certifications or experience in safety protocols and quality assurance.
