(USA) Blow Mold Operator, Manufacturing, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Position Summary

Responsible for setting up and adjusting blow mold machines to produce plastic milk bottles. Identifies and corrects defects, inspects products for quality, adheres to safety protocols, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do...

• Set up and adjust blow mold machines to ensure accurate and safe molding of plastic milk bottles.
• Identify and make necessary adjustments to machinery via HMI screen and physical means to meet specifications.
• Visually inspect plastic milk bottles for defects.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely, following all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Use personal protective equipment and adhere to all safety regulations.
• Report any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Participate in safety trainings and drills to maintain safety awareness.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of safety protocols.
• Successfully complete work assignments and prioritize tasks according to policies and available resources.
• Collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners, identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
• Suggest ways to improve processes and adapt to changes.

Pay, Benefits & Schedule

The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 - $28.80. Additional compensation may be provided in the form of premiums based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
