(USA) Blow Mold Operator, Manufacturing, Monday - Friday; 6:30am -3:00pm

Position Summary

Responsible for setting up and operating blow mold machines to produce plastic milk bottles. Identifies and corrects defects, maintains safety protocols, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do...

• Adjusts blow mold machines to ensure accurate and safe molding of plastic milk bottles
• Identifies and addresses defects visually inspecting all plastic milk bottles
• Maintains cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents
• Participates in safety trainings and drills
• Reports hazards, near misses, injuries, and accidents immediately
• Collaborates with managers, coworkers, and business partners to prioritize tasks and improve processes
• Adapts to changes, learns from feedback, and acts in a selfless manner

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and SQF requirements
