Position Summary

Responsible for setting up and adjusting blow mold machines to produce plastic milk bottles. Identifies and corrects defects, inspects products visually, adheres to safety protocols, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

What you'll do...

• Set up and adjust blow mold machines to ensure accurate molding of plastic milk bottles.
• Identify and make necessary adjustments to machinery via HMI screen and physical means to meet specifications.
• Visually inspect plastic milk bottles for defects.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and guidelines.
• Operate machinery and equipment safely.
• Report any hazards, near misses, injuries, or accidents immediately.
• Participate in safety trainings and drills.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas to prevent accidents.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety protocols.
• Successfully accomplish work assignments and prioritize tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with managers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Identify and suggest ways to address improvement opportunities.
