(USA) Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems

Position Summary

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing, implement the business plan for area of responsibility, monitor and manage productivity, maintain quality and safety standards, identify and address associate and customer/supplier concerns, supervise and develop associates and leaders, manage QA guidelines and programs, oversee systems hardware and software maintenance and installation, troubleshoot systems and applications, and strive for excellence.

What you'll do...

Minimum Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience OR
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business, Logistics or related field OR
• 2 years Walmart logistics experience OR
• 2 years supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Inventory Management, Microsoft Office, Walmart Logistics Systems

• The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include : Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) Stock.
