About the role
Implements the business plan for an assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing, scheduling, and workload coordination to achieve facility objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Monitors and manages productivity through preparation, review, and analysis of business reports.
- Maintains quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
- Supervises and develops associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Manages the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, including overseeing installations, ensuring repairs, tracking inventory, and ordering components.
- Manages troubleshooting of systems applications by collaborating with the Information Systems Division, vendors, and supporting the development of current and future applications.
- Demonstrates expertise to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing guidance, supporting business needs, and aligning efforts to meet customer and business goals.
- Provides and supports business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, and implementing necessary processes and practices.
- Models compliance with company policies, mission, values, and ethical standards, and assists others in applying these in daily operations.
- Fosters a culture of respect, inclusion, and high performance by embracing differences, building strong teams, and empowering associates.

- Supervisory experience.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
