(USA) Area Manager

About the role

Implements the business plan for an assigned area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives.

Responsibilities

• Identifies associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
• Monitors and manages productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
• Maintains quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and supporting documentation.
• Supervises and develops associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
• Manages the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software by overseeing installations, ensuring repairs, tracking inventory, and ordering components.
• Manages troubleshooting of systems applications by collaborating with the Information Systems Division and vendors, and supporting the development of current and future applications.
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies best practices to develop, execute, and improve action plans by providing expert advice and guidance.
• Provides and supports business solutions by building relationships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, and monitoring progress and results.
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
• Fosters a culture of respect, collaboration, and integrity by building high-performing teams, empowering talent, and holding oneself and others accountable.
• Serves customers and members by delivering results with a customer-first approach, using data insights, and balancing short- and long-term priorities.

Pay

The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
