About the role
You will implement the business plan for an assigned area by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility objectives.
Responsibilities
- Identify associate, customer, and supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective actions or recommendations.
- Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, and distributing procedures and documentation.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, monitoring performance, providing feedback, identifying training needs, and participating in hiring, promotion, coaching, and evaluation.
- Manage the maintenance and installation of systems hardware and software, including overseeing installations, ensuring repairs, tracking inventory, and ordering components.
- Troubleshoot systems applications by collaborating with the Information Systems Division and vendors, and supporting the development of current and future systems.
- Demonstrate expertise and apply best practices to support business needs, build commitment, and adapt to organizational changes.
- Provide and support business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying needs, and implementing processes.
- Model compliance with company policies, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity.
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and high performance by embracing diversity, empowering talent, and recognizing contributions.

Pay
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) adjustments based on location.
