About the role
We are seeking a motivated, client-focused professional to join our U.S. Structured Notes Sales team. In this role, you will support the distribution of cross-asset structured note solutions across a diverse client base, including institutional investors, distributors, and private banks. This is an opportunity to join a growing platform, contribute to innovative product solutions, and play a meaningful role in expanding our structured notes franchise.
Responsibilities
- Generate pricing indications using internal pricing tools and platforms
- Partner closely with Sales, Structuring, Trading, and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery
- Develop tailored investment ideas and structured product solutions aligned with client objectives and market views
- Manage desk flow, client inquiries, and ad hoc requests to deliver a high level of client service and responsiveness
- Monitor structured note lifecycle events, post-sale activity, and product performance
- Support onboarding and relationship development for new clients and distribution partners
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing operational efficiency and scalability
- Assist with strategic business development efforts, including platform enhancements and digital initiatives designed to improve the client experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education
- 1+ years of experience in sales
- Strong analytical skills for tracking and reporting
- Familiarity with derivatives and structured notes is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Entrepreneurial attitude and initiative to improve business processes
Qualifications
- FINRA Series SIE, 7, and 63 certifications
Pay
The base pay range for this position is $110,000 – $135,000 USD annually.
