About the role

As a Sales Development Representative at EngageTech Ltd, you will spearhead outbound prospecting into complex B2B tech accounts. You will manage high-volume multi-channel outreach—including cold-calling, email, and LinkedIn—to identify decision-makers and book qualified meetings. This role acts as the front line for prestigious client brands, building rapport and driving revenue pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage C-suite and senior-level decision-makers.
  • Conduct detailed discovery conversations to qualify leads and uncover pain points within complex enterprise technology accounts.
  • Represent both EngageTech Ltd and global tech client brands with professional presence to secure meetings for the account management teams.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates high levels of resilience and competitive instinct, likely honed in high-energy environments like hospitality, retail, athletics, or professional fundraising.
  • Possesses a coachable mindset and a genuine passion for building a long-term career in the fast-paced B2B technology sales sector.
  • Exhibits strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with senior professionals in a metrics-driven, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in sales or customer service preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
