The role supports corporate clients throughout the end-to-end implementation journey for digital channels and cash management products.

Responsibilities

  • Support corporate clients throughout the end-to-end implementation journey for digital channels and cash management products.
  • Partner closely with clients, relationship teams, and implementation project managers to gather requirements, coordinate onboarding activities, deliver training, and ensure successful adoption of banking solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through legal, security, and operational requirements while identifying and addressing implementation challenges.
  • Deliver client Product & channel implementation projects from inception through to agreed closure and handover to business-as-usual.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement products/services that meet client requirements.
  • Define, agree, and execute project management plans that meet client and internal stakeholder needs, delivering projects in a proficient and controlled manner.
  • Day-to-day coordination of implementation activities including regular communications with stakeholders and monitoring progress against plan.
  • Identify, assess and manage risks/issues that should they occur, will affect delivery of project objectives.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
  • Act as a conduit to other subject matter experts across the business to ensure swift and accurate resolution of complex queries and issues.
  • Develop and implement procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for change across business areas and operations.
  • Develop reports on performance and communicate trends and other findings to senior leaders.
  • Identify industry trends, support development of operational best practices, and inform product/service development.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives to improve client service/implementation efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Cash Management experience, including products and services such as ACH, SWIFT, Lockbox, and Check Imaging.
  • Ample written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing client issues and driving resolution.
  • Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include:
    • Previous experience supporting electronic banking or digital channel implementations, with an understanding of client onboarding and adoption processes.
    • Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and support successful client outcomes.
    • Expertise in planning, organization, and process management, including the implementation of tools, controls, and operational processes to support business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in product implementation or similar roles.
  • A degree in a relevant field such as finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working with financial institutions and understanding of banking regulations and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, with a focus on delivering quality results.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.

Pay

Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $90,000

Schedule

Full-time position located in Whippany, NJ.
