About the role
The client implementation analyst at Barclays supports corporate clients throughout the end-to-end implementation journey for digital channels and cash management products. The role involves partnering closely with clients, relationship teams, and implementation project managers to gather requirements, coordinate onboarding activities, deliver training, and ensure successful adoption of banking solutions. The analyst serves as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through legal, security, and operational requirements while identifying and addressing implementation challenges.
Responsibilities
- Supports the scoping and implementation of products and services for newly onboarded and existing clients globally.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement products/services that meet client requirements.
- Develops, agrees, and executes project management plans that meet client and internal stakeholder needs, delivering projects in a proficient and controlled manner.
- Coordinates day-to-day implementation activities, including regular communications with stakeholders and monitoring progress against plan.
- Identifies, assesses, and manages risks/issues that could affect delivery of project objectives.
- Provides subject matter expertise and support to clients and internal stakeholders throughout the implementation project lifecycle.
- Acts as a conduit to other subject matter experts across the business to ensure swift and accurate resolution of complex queries and issues.
- Develops and implements procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Identifies areas of improvement and provides recommendations for change across business areas and operations.
- Develops reports on performance and communicates trends and other findings to senior leaders.
- Identifies industry trends and supports the development of operational best practices and informs product/service development.
- Participates in projects and initiatives to improve client service/implementation efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
- Cash Management experience, including products and services such as ACH, SWIFT, Lockbox, and Check Imaging.
- Ample written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly explain complex processes to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with experience managing client issues and driving resolution.
- Some Other Highly Valued Skills May Include:
- Previous experience supporting electronic banking or digital channel implementations, with an understanding of client onboarding and adoption processes.
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships and support successful client outcomes.
- Expertise in planning, organization, and process management, including the implementation of tools, controls, and operational processes to support business objectives.

Pay
Minimum Salary: $70,000
Maximum Salary: $90,000
