About the role
US Patriot is seeking a Full Time Retail Sales Manager to operate stores and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of assigned US Patriot stores
- Schedule all employees while considering their requests for hours
- Train employees on sales, product knowledge, and other relevant topics
- Ensure products are fully stocked, correctly tagged, and in the right categories
- Create and execute a sales plan to meet store sales goals
- Hire and terminate employees according to company policies
- Encourage employee performance towards achieving store goals
- Communicate new item requests to the District Manager and Planner
- Accurately receive and manage merchandise deliveries
- Check inventory regularly to maintain stock levels
- Complete and submit accurate paperwork and reports
- Model and enforce safety standards
- Work flexible shift hours, 7 days a week
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years of previous retail management experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to motivate and coach others
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work flexible shift hours
Qualifications
- Strong financial and quantitative analysis skills (preferred)
- Ability to continuously move around the store
