Urology Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Role Overview: Provides assistant surgical services in the operating room and other medical settings under the surgeon's guidance. Key Responsibilities Assist with surgical procedures, including prepping, closing incisions, and removing drains, tubes, and catheters.Support patient care during office visits and post-operative assessments.Perform documentation, billing, and administrative paperwork.Participate in quality assurance, utilization management, and patient satisfaction initiatives.Contribute to operational assessments, budget development, and revenue optimization.Assist in patient education and post-operative wound care. Qualifications & Skills Master's Degree in Nursing or Nurse Practitioner Program Certificate.Clinical experience and surgical assistant skills.Certifications: SC Nurse Practitioner, CPR.Experience with patient equipment and surgical procedures.
